Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), involves using your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points on your body while focusing on a specific problem or negative emotion. This technique can help reduce the intensity of anxiety symptoms by calming the body's response to stress. The tapping process can be customized to focus on different types of anxiety, such as social anxiety, panic attacks, and general anxiety. Tapping can be done at any time, and it can be incorporated into your daily routine to help manage anxiety symptoms.
