When you're a high-performing entrepreneur, it's easy to get caught up in your daily routine. But if you don't take time out of your day to think about the bigger picture and evaluate your business model, you can find yourself struggling.
When you're a high performer, you can't help but get distracted. You're so busy, that you don't have time to get things done. But the truth is that we all have the same amount of time in a day. The difference is that some people choose to spend their time on things that matter and others don't.
Here are some of the signs that indicate when entrepreneurs need to take a step back and reassess their business and here are some common distractions that keep high performers from succeeding:
Does worrying do anything positive for our business? Maybe not, but it certainly doesn’t do any harm either. In fact, some research shows that people who worry tend to be more productive because they are constantly thinking ahead and planning for the future.
However, worry can also prevent us from enjoying what we are doing right now; we become so focused on what could happen next that we miss out on everything happening right here right now.
Anxiety is a state of mind that can be experienced in many different ways. It's a feeling of worry, nervousness and unease about something that has not happened yet. We all experience anxiety at some point in our lives, but for some people it can become a chronic problem that interferes with their daily life.
The relationship between anxiety and productivity is a tricky one. Anxiety can be a good thing — it’s a natural response to stress, and it can motivate us to work harder. But it can also be overwhelming and destructive.
So why does this happen? Why does anxiety cause us to shut down rather than take action? Well, there are two reasons:
1) Anxiety makes us feel like we have no control over our lives, which makes us feel stressed out and overwhelmed. And when we feel overwhelmed, we tend to stop trying because we think that nothing will work anyway.
2)Anxiety often leads to procrastination because people avoid doing tasks they think might trigger anxiety attacks or make them feel uncomfortable about themselves. This can lead to missed deadlines or unnecessary overtime hours as people rush through projects just before deadlines so they don't have time to fix mistakes they make due to their anxiety-related distractions from their original tasks at hand.
So what do you want to do about this?
Will you be ready for it or will you let it ruin your dreams?
Why wait and find out by yourself?
