Find Balance Through Self-Awareness

It starts with a little self-awareness. Think about how much time you are dedicating to your business, your personal life, and your health. Don't think about change yet. Just be aware of where you currently are.

Every morning, assess: on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, how are you doing? The important thing is to do this every day to see how you are trending. Yes, this is subjective. How you feel is also subjective. Take stock — trust me, it helps.

Small Changes

After completing the 5-Day Mindset Awareness & Discovery program, it's time to take action. Not big mind-blowing changes. Just small stuff like:

  • Do something nice every day for your partner or a friend
  • Eliminate processed foods
  • DON'T DO IT ALL — just one or two small things, and commit to it for a week

Celebrate Success by Measuring Results

Now that you have made some small changes, it is time to write it down:

  • What did you do?
  • How are you going to track it to make sure you keep doing it?
  • AND, most importantly — how are you going to celebrate!

Celebration is key for your brain to develop a reward response. This helps you continue to grow.
